After Hours Emergencies

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Identify yourself as a patient of Boca Orthopedic and Rehabilitation and ask the emergency department physician to contact our office.

If you have an emergency situation and find it necessary to reach your doctor after our regular office hours, please call Boca Orthopedic and Rehabilitation at (561) 394-0944. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day.

Prescription Requests

Prescriptions and refills for established patients are routinely issued during our office hours. You can make your request by calling our office at (561) 394-0944 or by completing online Prescription Request Form below. Please complete the form and click on submit. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
